Our accessibility efforts

As the website develops, our goals include:

• clear headings, labels, page titles, link text, and error messages;
• keyboard access and a visible focus indicator for interactive controls;
• text alternatives for meaningful product and content images;
• adequate text contrast and content that can be zoomed without losing essential information;
• responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens;
• forms that identify required fields and explain validation errors;
• captions or alternatives for meaningful audio and video when provided; and
• periodic review of themes, plugins, checkout, account, and policy pages.

These are improvement goals, not a representation that every page or third-party component currently conforms to a particular WCAG level.

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from finding information, submitting certification documentation, completing an order, tracking a shipment, or requesting a return, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.

How to report a barrier

To help us investigate efficiently, include:

• the page URL or name of the feature;
• a short description of what you were trying to do and the barrier encountered;
• your browser, device, and assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing them; and
• your preferred contact method and requested alternative format.

Do not include a password, full payment-card number, Social Security number, or unrelated sensitive data.

Third-party content and services

Our website uses third-party tools such as WooCommerce, Stripe, carriers, maps, analytics, social media, and embedded content. Although we do not control every independent service, we welcome reports about barriers encountered while using them through our store and will seek a practical alternative where reasonably possible.

Ongoing improvement

We review feedback and may prioritize fixes based on impact, frequency, technical feasibility, and available alternatives. We also reevaluate accessibility when changing our theme, page templates, navigation, checkout, forms, or major plugins.
