How to track an order
Find the order ID
Open the Cool Gas Depot order-confirmation email. The ID is usually shown as a number such as #1234.
Use billing email
Enter the same email address used during checkout. It may differ from the shipping contact.
View status
Submit the form to see the current WooCommerce status and available shipment information.
What your order status means
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending payment | The order was created, but payment has not been successfully confirmed. |
| On hold | Payment, address, fraud, inventory, or refrigerant-certification review is pending. Check your email for a request from us. |
| Processing | Payment and required reviews are complete or progressing, and the order is being prepared. |
| Completed | The order has been fulfilled in WooCommerce. Use the carrier tracking link for physical delivery progress. |
| Cancelled | The order will not be fulfilled. Any captured amount is handled according to the cancellation notice and bank timing. |
| Refunded | A full or partial refund has been initiated to the original payment method. |
| Failed | The payment did not complete. You may need to retry with accurate billing information or contact your payment provider. |
Certification hold
Restricted refrigerant orders may remain on hold until purchaser eligibility is verified. Email the requested Section 608 or Section 609 documentation to support@coolgasdepot.shop from the order email address and include the order number in the subject line.
Do not send a Social Security number, full payment-card number, password, or unrelated identification.

If no order appears, confirm the order ID and billing email exactly as entered at checkout. For carrier delays, allow 48 hours after label creation, then contact us if tracking remains unavailable or unchanged for several business days.
