Refrigerant supply built around professional service
We help HVAC, automotive A/C, and commercial refrigeration customers find refrigerants for compatible systems while keeping product, shipping, return, and regulatory information clear throughout the buying process.
Cool Gas Depot LLC is a North Carolina-based online retailer serving eligible destinations across the United States. We specialize in refrigerant cylinders and aim to make product information, ordering, shipping, returns, and purchaser-verification requirements easier to understand.
Our focus
Refrigeration and air-conditioning systems depend on the correct refrigerant, correct service procedures, and appropriate handling. We organize our catalog around common HVAC, automotive A/C, and commercial refrigeration applications so customers can compare products more efficiently.
Our catalog may include refrigerants such as R-22, R-32, R-134a, R-404A, R-407A, R-407C, R-410A, R-448A, R-449A, R-454B, and R-1234yf. Availability, packaging, permitted use, purchaser requirements, and destination restrictions can vary by product.
What customers can expect
Clear product details
Product pages identify the refrigerant type, cylinder size, intended application, brand or manufacturer information when applicable, and important compatibility reminders.
Simple verification process
Documentation is optional at checkout. If purchaser verification is required for an order, we contact the customer before shipment and the order may remain on hold until the required review is completed.
Professional support
Our support team can assist with order questions, available product documentation, shipping, returns, and the purchaser verification process.
Responsible purchasing and use
Refrigerant selection should be based on the equipment manufacturer's specifications, the system nameplate, applicable service documentation, and current requirements. Similar refrigerant names do not make products interchangeable.
Product information on this website is general information and does not replace manufacturer instructions, a Safety Data Sheet, applicable certification requirements, or advice from a qualified HVAC or MVAC professional.

30-day eligible returns
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Cool Gas Depot covers approved return shipping and does not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return completed according to our written instructions.
